Another vehicle for productivity reduction, courtesy of YouTube, with this interactive Tic Tac Toe game, including an opponent (the creator) who mocks your errant moves. By the way, this effort required 131 videos tagged with over 1,000 annotations, and took about a month of 14-hour workdays. [GigaOm]
