This water slide / Ferris wheel contraption called the Slidewheel just might be the stomach-turningest amusement park ride ever invented. (For a better idea of how it works, there's this animated video.)
Also nauseating is this fellow's beer-based concoction flavored with cigarette smoke, a handful of wrigglers, and topped off with a flaming shot of hooch, which he impressively chugs down in a matter of seconds.
