Trollers with Strollers

Weekend Plans
Two jokers named Riegel and Blatt put together this music video/tutorial conglom explaining how to cruise the scene and "meet people"... but it's not what you think. A semi-novel and amusing (but unfortunately a little too truthful) rip on what your life can become.

Make-Your-Own-Breakup-Email Generator
On the flip side...finally something useful to emerge from dreaded "Web 2.0". (Thanks Gordon)

The Art of Creating Creatures
The innovative vision of a kinetic sculptor who creates exquisitely engineered wind-powered "animals" that roam beaches. Dutch artist Theo Jansen demonstrates his amazingly lifelike kinetic sculptures, built from plastic tubes and lemonade bottles. His "Strandbeests" (Beach Creatures) are built to move and even survive on their own.

"The human brain is unique in that it is the only container of which it can be said that the more you put into it, the more it will hold." -- Glenn Doman

Speaking of which...turns out it's about 425 miles between Here and There.

Like A Bird on a Wire
A clip from a documentary entitled "Straight Up" with men being transported by helicopter, then working on live power cables carrying more than half a million volts. To quote one high voltage cable inspector, "There's only three things I've ever been afraid of..." Major league huevos, to be sure.
